BCTAA came to us with a powerful mission: to confront and dismantle antisemitism in B.C.’s education system. As a grassroots collective of educators, their tone needed to be strong, fair, and accessible not only to Jewish communities but to the broader public. We built a brand identity that reflects this vision, steering away from traditional Jewish symbolism, instead, we created a visual language rooted in strength, education, and subtle cultural cues. For their logo, we created a lion carved into an apple to symbolize both courage and the teaching profession. (In North America, apples have long been associated with education and teachers. It’s a symbol of respect and gratitude dating back centuries.)

We developed a custom WordPress website with an approachable yet bold tone, supported by carefully crafted copywriting and integrated brand messaging. The visual theme incorporates apples and the Western Wall, offering a meaningful nod to Jewish heritage without alienating broader audiences.

In addition to branding and website development, we are creating BCTAA’s social media presence from the ground up, developing a full year of scheduled content to ensure consistency and engagement across platforms. From digital strategy to design execution, our goal was to empower BCTAA to amplify its message.
